Real Estate Valuators, Inc. is a full service real estate appraisal firm offering residential and commercial real estate appraisals and research services for properties in and around Citrus, Hernando, and Sumter Counties in Florida.

Our firm offers extensive experience in appraising small to medium sized commercial properties, single family residential properties, and residential investment properties.  Additionally, all of our appraisers were either born in this area or spent their formative years here and continue to call the area home. 

With backgrounds in credit quality, lending, and underwriting, as well as our understanding of the need to sometimes just "pick up the phone" and call our client, our appraisers keep our reports one step above what is typical of the appraisal industry in our area.  We are also a "woman owned" company and may qualify as a CRA vendor with certain financial institutions.
